RRP: £29.99
Make no mistake these compression tights from dhb are by no means the best or most advanced on the market – you can get more effective pairs from the likes of Skins; however, for the bargain price of £29.99 these tights are hard to beat.
There is always debate happening regarding the science behind compression garments but we found that getting these on soon after long rides really helped our recovery times and feelings of soreness the next day.
Flat lock seems mean these are comfortable even for extended periods of wear; they are also great for short rides and runs in colder weather, keeping you toasty warm while wicking sweat away to an impressive degree. But we found that for longer rides they were a little overly warm and tended to chafe a little bit.
Make sure you get the right size, if in doubt go a little smaller – they are supposed to be a little tight, remember. Nothing much to say about the looks, they are black… and it’s not like you’re going to wear them to the shops, (well not on their own anyway).
In summary these are amazing value for money compression tights which don’t fall down on performance; nearly as good as pairs that cost twice the money.
